Barings, one of the world’s leading investment managers, today announced its role as co-lender of secured credit facilities supporting Eurazeo on their recent investment in Ekoscan, a leading global provider of advanced ultrasound non-destructive testing solutions. Since 2021, Ekoscan has grown rapidly as a result of 6 strategic acquisitions and impressive organic growth. At present, the Company has 250 employees who serve a loyal and diversified customer base, mainly comprising infrastructure operators.
Founded in 2015, Ekoscan is an end-to-end technology provider of non-destructive testing solutions and services for high value-added inspection in diverse end-markets and geographies. The company focuses on advanced and automated ultrasound testing that allows for preventative, lean, cost-efficient and best-in-class monitoring of clients’ infrastructures. Ekoscan has established industrial partnerships with major players across a broad range of industries.
