Jeff Chillag, CFA

Jeff Chillag is a member of Barings’ Global Private Finance Group. As a member of the group’s portfolio management team, Jeff is responsible for the construction, management and monitoring of the Global Private Finance Group’s Funds and SMAs. Prior to his current role, Jeff was in Barings’ Permanent Capital Group, where he served as Head of Investor Relations and Director of Finance for Barings BDC, Inc. (NYSE: BBDC), Barings Capital Investment Corp., and Barings Private Credit Corp. Jeff has worked in the industry since 2012. Prior to joining Barings (f/k/a as Babson Capital) in 2015, Jeff worked for Bank of America and Credit Suisse in their foreign exchange departments. Jeff holds a B.S. from the University of South Carolina and an MS in finance from Villanova University and is a member of the CFA Institute.
