Will Zvara

Will Zvara is a member of Barings’ Global Private Finance Group. Based in Charlotte, he is responsible for originating, executing and monitoring North American private finance investments. Will has worked in the industry since 2007. Prior to joining Barings, he was a Managing Director, Private Credit Origination at GoldenTree Asset Management, where he helped to expand the firm’s private credit and sponsor coverage platform. Prior to that, Will worked as a director in the Leveraged Finance Group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he originated, structured, underwrote and executed leveraged loan and high yield debt transactions to support leveraged buyouts, M&A, dividend recapitalizations and refinancings. He holds a BBA from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
