Paul Murphy

Paul Murphy is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Paul is Head of Client Portfolio Management for European Real Estate and is responsible for product development and fundraising. He has worked in the industry since 2004. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, he was a Senior Vice President at Macquarie, responsible for real estate product development fundraising in Europe. Paul holds a B.Sc. in Business from the Queen’s University of Belfast and is a member of the CFA Institute.
