Kyle Duffy is a member of Barings’ Client Portfolio Management team, responsible for business development for the firm’s Global Private Finance platform. Kyle has worked in the industry since 2014. Prior to joining Barings in 2023, he worked for Blackstone, where he focused on investor relations and business development for institutional clients. Before that, Kyle was in the Institutional Client Group at Deutsche Asset Management. He holds a B.B.A. in finance from Loyola University Maryland and is a member of the CFA Institute.
