Caroline Murphy

Caroline Murphy is member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Caroline is a Portfolio Analyst and is responsible for portfolio management, modelling and investor reporting. In her role, Caroline undertakes extensive real estate analysis for potential acquisitions, disposals and property financing across the European markets. Before her current role with the Fund Management team, she was part of the European Core Finance team. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Caroline was an audit manager with KPMG working on a variety real estate investment and aviation industry clients. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin, a M.Sc. in Accounting from Dublin City University, is qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA) with Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds the Investment Management Certificate.
