Kevin Miller

Kevin Miller is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Kevin is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Real Estate Acquisitions, responsible for all equity investing activity throughout the region across multiple commercial real estate asset classes and strategies. In addition, he serves on the Barings Real Estate U.S. Private Equity Investment Committee. Prior to his current role, Kevin was Vice President of Acquisitions, responsible for sourcing and executing real estate equity investments in the eastern region of the U.S. Kevin has worked in the industry since 1994. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Kevin was with Hart Realty Advisers where he was a Managing Partner of Investment Transactions, supervising all activities relating to equity acquisitions including sourcing, negotiating, and closing real estate investments on behalf of institutional clients. Prior to that, Kevin was with KPMG LLP where he worked in the assurance practice as a manager for the real estate and financial services groups. Kevin holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bryant University.
