Brian Polomsky
Managing Director, North America Private Credit
Brian Polomsky is a senior member of Barings’ Global Private Finance Group. Based in Chicago, he is responsible for originating, executing and monitoring private finance investments in the North American market. Brian has worked in the industry since 2000, most recently for Principal Asset Management, where he focused on origination, execution, and fundraising, and worked to expand the platform’s network of sponsors and advisors to ensure high-quality deal flow. Prior to that, he held senior roles in sponsor finance at Antares Capital and GE Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from John Carroll University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
