Greg Eudicone

Gregory Eudicone is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Gregory is Head of Global Real Estate Client Portfolio Management, overseeing the management and development of strategic client relationships for the real estate equity and debt businesses across the global platform. Gregory has worked in the alternative investments space since 2007, and his experience encompasses real estate and real asset transaction origination and execution, asset management, and business development. Gregory is highly experienced in investor relations and business development for commingled funds, separate accounts, joint ventures and co-investment strategies. Prior to joining Barings in 2016, Gregory was Senior Vice President at MC Asset Management, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, responsible for marketing real asset strategies within the U.S., U.K., and Western Europe. Prior to Mitsubishi, he was a member of the investment team at Forum Partners Investment Management in Greenwich, Connecticut. Gregory holds a B.S. in economics from Lehigh University. He is a CAIA charterholder and holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
