Joanne Warren

Joanne Warren is a Director within Barings Real Estate, a global platform offering comprehensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. As part of the real estate research team, Joanne delivers in-depth analysis and insights on commercial property markets throughout Europe. She joined Barings in 2015, bringing with her a strong background in property research. Prior to this, Joanne held the role of Associate Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where she led the UK office market research and contributed to a range of external publications. She also worked at Dataloft, an independent residential research consultancy. Joanne holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geography from King’s College London. She is a member of the Society of Property Researchers and the Investment Property Forum.
