Lincoln Janes is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Lincoln is a Director of U.S. Real Estate Research & Strategy and contributes to the firm’s Acquisitions, Portfolio Management, and other teams. In addition, he publishes research on the economy, real estate markets, and demographics. Prior to joining Barings, he was a Senior Director at The RMR Group and was dedicated to credit, economic, and real estate analysis. Before joining The RMR Group, Lincoln was an Analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and was a member of a credit and capital markets research team focused on monetary and supervisory policy. Lincoln holds a B.S. degree in finance from the University of Rhode Island and is a CFA charter holder.
