April Fan

April Fan serves as a Director, Fund Controller of Barings Real Estate Australia (formerly known as Altis Property Partners (Altis), which was acquired by Barings in 2022). April has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting in various industries, mainly real estate development and investment in both private and public companies. Her responsibilities include accounting, finance, tax, risk management and compliance. Prior to joining the firm, April was the Financial Controller at Haben Property Fund. Prior to this, she held a variety of positions at JLL, Stockland & Fidelity International. April holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of New South Wales and is a Chartered Accountant.
