Cassie McCrain
Head of Real Estate Equity Asset Management, Eastern U.S.
Cassie McCrain is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Cassie is a Managing Director on the Real Estate team, with asset management responsibilities throughout the Southeast, including office and retail locations in Charlotte, Jacksonville and Boca Raton. She has worked in the industry since 2007. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Cassie was a National Director with JLL, responsible for account operations and performance management for the Bank of America account. Prior to JLL, she was a Managing Director for the Carolinas region at Parkway Properties. She holds a B.S.B.A. in finance from the University of Southern Mississippi and an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University.
