At Stadium Business Park on Ballycoolin Road in north west Dublin, the joint venture will develop five Grade A industrial & logistics units, ranging in size from 15,932 sq ft to 22,775 sq ft. With construction having already begun, the speculatively developed buildings will be available for occupation from mid-2026.

The units are Net Zero Energy Building (NZEB) compliant, built with green steel and concrete, and are being developed to obtain a LEED Gold certification.

Barings has remained active in the Irish real estate debt market in recent years, lending c. €400 million over the last five years. Barings deploys debt capital for its clients via its real estate debt platform across senior and whole loan investment strategies.

Across Europe we are financing transitional refurbishment strategies as well as financing the construction of brand new grade A properties, in markets and geographies characterised by low vacancy and high demand.”
