Wei Zhen Teo

Wei Zhen Teo is a Client Portfolio Manager within Barings’ Global Private Finance Group. She is responsible for client management, product development and external communication of global private finance investments for APAC clients, based in Singapore. Wei Zhen has worked in the industry since 2007. Before joining the firm in 2022, she worked for Credit Suisse AG as an alternative fund solutions specialist in the private bank, covering hedge funds and private market solutions. Prior to this, Wei Zhen was a lead portfolio manager at the Monetary Authority of Singapore at the external fund management division for eight years. Before that, she was a financial analyst at the Accountant-General’s Department in the Ministry of Finance. Wei Zhen holds a MSc in Wealth Management and a BAcc degree from the Singapore Management University and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
