Lori Mabardi

Lori Mabardi is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Lori is Senior Director, ESG for U.S. Real Estate Equity. In this role, Lori partners with U.S. and global leaders and colleagues to advance Barings’ ESG efforts in relation to the real estate equity portfolio and investment strategy. Prior to joining Barings in 2022, Lori led ESG Research & Strategy Globally for JLL. Lori is also the creator of CaterCares—a program created in partnership with ezCater to leverage office catering in the fight against hunger. Prior to joining JLL, Lori led Research efforts at Long Wharf Real Estate Partners. Lori holds an MBA from Babson College, a bachelor’s degree in Economics from McGill University, and a Certificate in Gender Balance from INSEAD University. Lori is a member of ULI.
