Jess Cufley

Jess Cufley is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Jess is a client portfolio manager for European real estate, responsible for product development and fundraising. She has worked in the industry since 2012. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Jess worked for Delancey where she focused on fundraising for UK real estate products. Before that, Jess held real estate investment roles at GIC and Alpha Real Capital. Jess holds a B.A. in English & History from Durham University and is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales.
