In this industry, all of those things can be obstacles. However, at Barings I didn’t feel like I was at a disadvantage because of who I am. Like everyone here, work is a major part of my life, and it is essential to me that I can be authentic and true to myself, speak my mind, and build a sense of trust and respect with the people around me while I'm at work.

I count myself lucky that I'm working at a company that gives me the freedom to do these things as the person I am.
