As an Amos Bursary ambassador, I’m always encouraged to break boundaries and move the ball along for myself, students coming up but also the wider black community.

My career at the firm so far has been fun, educational and challenging. Starting off in the Global RFP team I learned a lot about the industry and the firm—our history, products and the clients we serve. Working from home for my entire first year took adjusting to but overall it was a positive experience. I received a strong level of support from team members as well as the wider firm community.

Currently, I’m in a new role that will challenge me further, and I’m looking forward to learning from the analysts and portfolio managers on the team and seeing where the role leads.
