Megan Don

Megan Don is a Director in Barings’ Global Infrastructure Debt Group. Megan is responsible for structuring and underwriting infrastructure, power, midstream and P3 debt transactions. She has worked in the industry since 2012. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Megan worked for Investec Bank, where she was focused on the structuring, underwriting, and execution of project financed debt transactions in North America. Megan previously worked at Mizuho Bank and The Royal Bank of Scotland with a focus on project finance and power and utilities transactions. Megan holds a B.S.F.S in International Economics from Georgetown University.
