Sarah Munday

Sarah Munday is Barings’ Director of Sustainability, responsible for developing the firm’s ESG and Sustainability platform. This includes generating consistency of ESG integration across asset classes, managing firm-level partnerships and commitments to industry organizations, educating colleagues on best practices in the space and conducting training sessions. Sarah has worked in the industry since 2014. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Policy Analyst and RFP Writer at Barings. Sarah holds a B.A. in both Exercise and Sport Science and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
