Tom Kilpatrick

Tom Kilpatrick is a member of Barings’ Capital Solutions Team and sits on the Investment Committee. He works with the team on sourcing, analyzing and managing stressed and distressed situations. Tom has worked in the industry since 2004. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, he was with Ernst & Young London, where he worked in the Corporate Restructuring Division. Before that, Tom worked within Assurance Services, focusing on the oil and gas sector. Tom holds a B.Sc. Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in September 2005 under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
