Benjamin Thatcher a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Ben is a Property Researcher on the Real Estate Research Team, responsible for supporting equity and debt teams on real estate strategy, conducting cross sector real estate research on markets across Europe and Asia Pacific and providing market analysis and reports. He has worked in the industry since 2014. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Ben worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate, Investa Property Group and JLL. He holds a Bachelor of Business & Commerce (Property) from Western Sydney University.
