Rory Allan
Portfolio Manager, European Value-Add
Rory Allan is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Rory is a Managing Director and a Portfolio Manager for the European closed-end value-add real estate fund series. Prior to his current role, Rory managed a variety of funds and separate accounts. Rory has worked in the industry since 2004 and his experience has encompassed real estate investment across property sectors and risk spectrums in both the U.K. and continental Europe. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Rory worked at Drivers Jonas where he qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In addition, he holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a member of the Investment Property Forum.
