Barings and Greatland Acquire Two East Cambridge Lab Buildings
BARINGS AND GREATLAND ACQUIRE TWO EAST CAMBRIDGE LAB BUILDINGS
Barings and Greatland Realty Partners today announced that they have partnered to acquire two buildings in the Cambridgeport neighborhood of East Cambridge, MA. Located at 167 Sidney Street and 99 Erie Street, the buildings include approximately 54,000 square feet of lab and office space.
