Luke Bryant

Luke Bryant is a Director within Barings’ Private Equity Real Estate team, where he is responsible for the origination and execution of platform investments across alternative real estate sectors. Luke has over 12 years’ experience in the industry and currently oversees investments in Bankstown Airport, Camden Airport and Swift Storage. Collectively, these strategies represent approx. A$2bn in assets under management.

Before joining Barings in 2019, Luke was part of KordaMentha Real Estate, advising major Australian corporates and financial institutions on both performing and non-performing real estate. Earlier in his career, he worked at CBRE Asia Pacific, focusing on office leasing and capital markets in metropolitan Sydney. Luke holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Management from the University of Sydney.
