David Lousick

David is a member of Barings’ Real Estate Development team and is responsible for the acquisition, development and leasing of residential, commercial and industrial development across Australia. He has worked in the property industry since 2011, spanning roles in urban planning and development management. Prior to Barings, he was a development manager for Aliro and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of industrial and mixed-use assets across the Australian Eastern Seaboard. Before that, he held a variety of urban planning positions in consultancy and local and stage government. He holds a Bachelor of Planning from Macquarie University, as well as a Diploma of Architectural Technology.
