David Simpson

David Simpson is a member of the Barings Real Estate Australia team and is responsible for the delivery of the Victorian Build to Rent residential portfolio as well as assisting the team with new acquisitions. David has worked in the property industry for over 12 years. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, he worked for a private development group where he led the delivery of a $250m mixed use development in Geelong, Victoria. He holds a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) from Deakin University and a Masters of Property Development from Bond University.
