Warwick Dowler serves as Senior Director, Head of Residential of Barings Real Estate Australia. Warwick has over 35 years of experience in property development and construction in both Australia, India and the UAE. As Head of Residential, Warwick is responsible for the successful delivery of Barings residential and mixed-use projects in Sydney and Melbourne. Prior to joining the firm, Warwick held senior positions at Frasers Property Australia, Fortis and Australand. Warwick holds an Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Building) from the Western Sydney Institute of Technical and Further Education.
