Joanne Warren
Director, Real Estate Research
Joanne Warren is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Joanne is an Associate Director, Real Estate Research and is responsible for providing research on the commercial property market with a focus primarily on the U.K. and European markets. The research produced is used to support the firm’s growing European real estate equity and debt investment businesses. Key responsibilities include writing up to date market reports, which promote the company’s research capability, undertaking bespoke client research and producing client presentations. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Joanne previously provided analysis for an independent residential research consultancy, Dataloft. Her background is, however, primarily in U.K. office markets, after working as an associate director in the research team at BNP Paribas Real Estate for approximately ten years. There she oversaw their U.K. office market research and publications, including tracking the primary economic drivers, and monitoring local market supply/demand dynamics and rents countrywide. Joanne holds a B.Sc. (Hons) from King’s College London.
