Joseph Ajaka

Joseph Ajaka is a member of Barings’ Real Estate Development business and is responsible for the end-to-end development and delivery of industrial, mixed use and residential properties in Australia. He has worked in the property industry since 2006. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Joseph was an acquisitions and development manager at GPT, where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of industrial property across Australia. He began his career at CBRE (North Sydney) as a valuer. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from University of Technology, Sydney.
