Natalie Heawood is a member of Barings’ European High Yield Investments Group as well as a member of the European High Yield Investment Committee. Natalie works as a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager which includes assisting with the portfolio management of the European CLO platform. She has worked in the industry since 2010. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Natalie worked for Glencore Xstrata PLC as an oil & gas credit analyst. Before Glencore, she worked at Standard Bank PLC, including time in the firm’s African Structured Debt Credit Origination team. Natalie holds a First Class Economics degree from the University of Durham and is a member of the CFA Institute.
