Tammy Callaghan

Tammy Callaghan is a member of Barings Real Estate and is responsible for asset management in Australia. She has worked in the real estate industry since 1996. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Tammy held roles such as senior asset manager and portfolio manager. Tammy began her career at a boutique industrial real estate brokerage company before working at Jones Lang LaSalle, both in Australia and the United Kingdom. Tammy has managed assets in Australia at ING Real Estate and Goodman Group. Tammy holds an Advanced Certificate in Property Agency, Associate Diploma of Business (Valuation) and a Postgraduate Diploma of Management.
