Georgia Videan is a Director in the Barings’ Real Estate Debt team, where Georgia is responsible for portfolio management alongside the underwriting, origination and execution of transactions across the platform. Georgia has been active in the industry since 2017. Georgia joined Barings in 2022 as part of the Real Estate Debt team in London, where she spent nearly three years with the firm before relocating back to Australia. Prior to this, Georgia worked at boutique Australian investment bank Gresham, following a transition to banking from a legal career as a real estate finance lawyer at MinterEllison. Georgia holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.
