Brian Garvin
Associate Director, Real Estate Research & Strategy
Brian Garvin is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Brian is an Associate Director of U.S. Real Estate Research, Strategy, and Analytics. He is responsible for preparing research materials for the use of Barings Real Estate and its clients. Brian is also responsible for directing the quarterly valuation process for U.S. real estate debt and equity investments and liabilities. Prior to his current position, Brian was responsible for the development and marketing of investment vehicles as a client portfolio manager for the U.S. real estate platform. Brian joined the firm in 2018. Before joining Barings, Brian worked as a market researcher and commercial real estate appraiser for National Property Valuation Advisors. Brian holds a B.B.A. in marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
