Caroline Pedlow, CFA

Caroline Pedlow is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Caroline is a Senior Director within Real Estate Debt Portfolio Management, primarily supporting a U.S. open-end real estate debt fund. Prior to her current role, Caroline was a member of the Real Estate Capital Markets team where she worked to source financing solutions, including asset financings, fund leverage, and syndications, across both our debt and equity strategies. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Caroline spent five years working for a middle markets broker dealer, StoneX Group (fka INTL FC Stone). Caroline was a Vice President in the fixed income division, specializing in structured product sales. Caroline holds a B.A. in History from the College of the Holy Cross. She is a member of the CFA Institute.
