Barings Backs Montagu Private Equity’s Acquisition of Jane’s
Barings, one of the world’s leading financial services firms, today announced that it has served as mandated lead arranger and sole provider of a senior secured credit facility to support Montagu Private Equity (“Montagu”) in its acquisition of Jane’s (“the Company”) from IHS Markit. Jane’s is a leading global provider of open source information to the aerospace, defence and security industries. Financial terms were not disclosed.
