Baiding Rong

Baiding Rong is a member of Barings’ Hong Kong China Equities Team and co-manages a range of Hong Kong and China equity strategies. Baiding is responsible for conducting equity research in the Hong Kong and China markets. Baiding has worked in the industry since 2008. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, he was an Equity Analyst at UBS Securities, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse. Baiding holds a Bachelor in Management from Fudan University in Shanghai and a M. Phil. in Marketing from University of New South Wales in Sydney and is fluent in Mandarin.
