Jake Williams
Senior Director, Product Strategy
Jake Williams leads the global Product Strategy function where he is responsible for the research and development of new products that provide solutions to Barings’ clients and are aligned with the firm’s growth strategy. He is also a member of the Barings Sustainability Committee.
Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Jake was Head of US Product at Legal & General Investment Management where he led strategy, development, and management of public and private asset classes. Prior to this, Jake held Product roles at HSBC Asset Management, BlackRock and Lehman Brothers Investment Management.
Jake holds a B.S.C in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
