Stephen O'Connor

Stephen O’Connor is a project director at Barings Real Estate Australia (formerly known as Altis Property Partners, which was acquired by Barings in 2022).
 
Stephen has over 18 years of experience in real estate investment, development and management, both within Australia and North America.  At Barings, Stephen is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery and management of industrial properties within Australia.

Prior to joining the firm Stephen was an Associate Director at CBRE, managing a diversified portfolio of properties across the country. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney.
