Nick Pink

Nick Pink is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Nick is a Managing Director and Head of European Real Estate Equity, responsible for building and growing the European equity real estate business across all assets, sectors and portfolios. Prior to this role, he served as Head of European Real Estate Equity Portfolio Management, overseeing portfolio management activities in Europe. Nick chairs the European Equity and Debt Investment Committees. Nick has worked in the industry since 1994 and has extensive experience in executing pan European investment strategies across risk profiles in both equity and debt. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Nick was with CBRE Investment Management serving pension fund clients over a seven-year period. Nick holds a B.A. from Durham University in County Durham, United Kingdom and a M.Sc. from the University of Reading, in Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Investment Property Forum.
