Tom Ivanovski

Tom Ivanovski is a member of Barings’ Real Estate Australia Group and is responsible for managing the strategy, performance and leasing of Barings’ commercial assets in Sydney. He has worked in the property industry both in Australia and the UK since 1997. Prior to joining Barings in 2022, Tom was a general manager and asset manager at Dexus, responsible for the strategy, performance and management of prime grade commercial assets within the Sydney CBD and North Sydney. While there, he managed both balance sheet assets and unlisted vehicles, as well as externally co-owned assets, driving the relationship with those external investors. Tom also held similar roles with JLL (Sydney), MWB Business Exchange (London) and CBRE (London). Tom holds a Master of Business (Finance) and Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours (Land Economics) both from the University of Technology, Sydney.
