Philip Grech
Director, Senior Development Manager
Philip Grech serves as a Development Manager of Barings Real Estate Australia (formerly known as Altis Property Partners (Altis), which was acquired by Barings in 2022). Philip has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, with expertise in the property and facilities management of commercial assets and end-to-end development management across multiple asset classes. His responsibilities include the delivery of industrial assets across the eastern seaboard. Before joining the firm, Philip was a Development Manager at Fitzpatrick Investments, where he was responsible for carriage of the entire development process from inception to completion. Working across residential, commercial and industrial projects, his primary responsibility was the design and development of large format industrial facilities as part of a wider logistics estate. Philip holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney.
