Janice Saw

Janice Saw is a member of Barings’ Real Estate Development Team, responsible for the end-to-end development of built form and land projects across a multitude of asset classes in Australia. Janice has over 15 years of experience in engineering, construction, mining, education and retail throughout Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Janice worked for Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) Group, The University of Sydney, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Rio Tinto and Golder Associates where she focused on project engineering, construction and project management.

Janice holds a Bachelor of Civil & Construction Engineering (Hons) from Curtin University, a Diploma in Project Management, a Diploma in Interior Design and a Certificate IV in Competitive Manufacturing.
