Barings Supports IK Partners’ Investment in Endrix

Barings, one of the world’s leading investment managers, today announced its role as co-lead arranger and lender of senior secured credit facilities supporting IK Partners’ (“IK”) recent investment in Endrix, a leading French accounting and advisory services firm.

This transaction builds upon the long-standing partnership between Barings and IK.

Founded in 1978 in Lyon, Endrix (formerly Groupe SFC) is a leading provider of accounting and advisory services to SMEs and mid-market companies. With a presence across 35 offices in France, Endrix provides a comprehensive service offering, combining accounting, audit and both financial and non-financial advisory services, to over 12,000 clients.
