Brad Finkle
Global Chief Operating Officer
Brad Finkle is Barings’ Global Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. He oversees product strategy, management and development, with a focus on enhancing Barings’ global product offering across institutional, insurance and wealth channels, accelerating speed to market and scaling product delivery. He also partners closely with the Senior Leadership Team to advance key growth initiatives across the firm.
Brad joined Barings from TIAA and Nuveen, where he spent nearly two decades in senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Head of TIAA Third-Party Solutions Businesses, Chief Administrative Officer of TIAA Wealth Management, Chief Operating Officer of Nuveen and President of TIAA Investments. His experience spans investments, operations, distribution, product strategy, board governance and business transformation. Earlier in his career, Brad held senior distribution roles at OppenheimerFunds and Citigroup.
He holds an M.B.A. in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.
