Private Real Estate Debt

We have been originating real estate mortgages for more than 150 years1 and offer a broad range of private debt financing solutions, including commercial mortgage loans and affordable housing. Additionally, we specialize in the direct origination of structured finance products, including first mortgage and mezzanine debt, subordinate positions in senior loans, preferred equity and non-performing loan strategies focused on relative value.
We also offer a variety of financing options for multifamily, senior housing and healthcare facilities through Barings Multifamily Capital.
