Barings Supports ECI Partners in its Acquisition of Moneypenny

Barings, one of the world’s leading asset management firms, announced today that it served as a sole lender providing a senior secured credit facility to support ECI Partners in their acquisition of Moneypenny, the world's leading provider of outsourced communication services. This is the 7th transaction this quarter and 25th transaction of the year for the Barings European Private Finance team. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 2000 with offices in the U.K. and U.S.A, Moneypenny delivers outsourced telephone answering, web chat, switchboard, virtual assistant, and other technology-enabled services to a variety of SMEs and corporate customers, and has over 13,000 clients and 700 employees around the world.
