The Fund is a concentrated portfolio of quality franchise companies that offer sustainable growth over the medium term. These companies have a significant market presence in one or more emerging market countries and are correctly positioned in the secular growth segments of each emerging market economy. Through our investment process, we aim to identify and invest in companies whose future growth prospects are not fully reflected in the current share-price.
Summary fund objective
The investment objective of the Fund is to seek long-term capital growth primarily through investment in a diversified portfolio of developing country equity securities. Investors should be aware of the additional risks associated with funds which invest in emerging and developing markets. (Please refer to the Prospectus for the full investment objective and policy.)
