Naoki Ohta
Managing Director
Naoki Ohta is a member of Barings’ Diversified Alternative Equity team and is responsible for originating and underwriting secondaries globally and funds and co-investments in EMEA. Naoki has worked in the industry since 1998. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, he was with GP Advisors and Greenpark Capital, with responsibility for originating, underwriting and monitoring in alternative asset fund investments, secondaries and co-investments in Europe, Asia and US. Prior to these roles, he was at KPMG, where he worked on a range of projects in the corporate finance, tax and assurance teams. Naoki holds a B.A. in History from Durham University and an FCA with the ICAEW.
